4. Return, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them online by contacting us via phone/WhatsApp.

  • Returns: Online returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery. Return courier/shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Exchanges (In-Store Only): Exchanges are exclusively available by visiting our physical store locations within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt and unused product in its original packaging.
