Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Munpasand Organics, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations below:

 1. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of placing them online.

• To cancel your order, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp at 0319-4270949 with your order number.

• Once the 1-hour window has passed, the order is sent for processing and dispatch, and can no longer be canceled.
  

  • 2. Return & Refund Policy

    • Online returns can be requested within 14 days of receiving your package.

    • Return Shipping: Return shipping/courier costs must be paid entirely by the customer unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

    • Item Condition: Returned products must be unused, sealed, in original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and invoice.

    3. Exchange Policy (In-Store Only)

    • Exchanges are exclusively permitted by visiting our physical store locations. We do not offer online/courier-based exchanges.

    • Items must be brought to the store within 14 days of purchase along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

    • Exchanges are allowed for items of equal or higher value (with any price difference paid by the customer). Promotional or clearance sale items may not be eligible for exchange.
