Return & Refund Policy

At MUNPASAND AN ORANIC SHOP, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, please note the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges:

  1. No Online Returns or Refunds

    • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any orders placed online.

    • Once an order has been placed and processed online, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or returned.

  2. Exchange Policy (In-Store Only)

    • Exchanges are only possible by visiting our physical store location(s).

    • Products must be brought to the store within [7 days] of purchase along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

    • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with packaging intact to qualify for an exchange.

  3. Conditions for Exchange

    • Exchange is allowed only for items of equal or higher value (with price difference to be paid by the customer).

    • Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or clearance sales may not be eligible for exchange.
