  • Standard delivery takes [3–5 business days] within major cities.

  • Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

4. Shipping Charges

  • A flat shipping fee of PKR 200 applies to all orders below PKR 5990/-

  • Free shipping is available for orders above PKR 5990/-

5. Packaging & Product Safety

  • All products are packaged with care to maintain freshness and prevent damage during transit.

  • Perishable and fragile items are specially handled to ensure safe delivery.

6. Delays in Delivery

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.

  • Munpasand will not be held liable for such delays but will assist in tracking and resolving delivery concerns.

7. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping fees for re-delivery.
